What We Do vs. What They Do

We only sell real estate deals that we ourselves would buy. There are too many other companies advertising real estate “deals”, but really just selling over priced fixer-uppers or marginal deals on descent condition properties.

We want you to do well as a real estate investor. A lot of wholesalers don’t care about your profits (or lack thereof)  so long as they make a nice profit when they sell you the deal.
We present you with real estate deals that make sense for YOUR situation and YOUR real estate plan.  Many of the “big” companies or the “unethical” companies present you with options that will cost so much to repair you couldn’t sell it through a Realtor for what you put into it, or even with renters occupying  the property it still will have negative cashflow.

We only want win-win situations. Unlike many others, we don’t manipulate people’s dreams of real estate profits in order talk people into buying marginal deals. We also don’t use high pressure sales tactics or manipulate people’s emotions in order to persuade people to buy nonsense deals that only the wholesaler will profit from.
